Launched on the 10th of January 2019 – the newest affordable, inclusive cafe, opening for all of us, to help reduce food waste and put edible food on your plate ! Also loads of fresh produce will be available on a weekly basis.

The cafe uses food donated from local stores and businesses, that would otherwise be discarded, and it is used to create a ‘Pay-as-you-can’ lunch (actually we have choices of Brunch, and then from Midday, a choice of three course meals) each Thursday 10:30-2:00pm. Alongside Fair Trade Tea and Coffee, Southland’s Methodist will also be offering barista coffees, which will also help support the running costs of the project.
